Elgin Public Library celebrates Dia de los Muertos Posted in: Lifestyle On Saturday, the Elgin Public Library celebrated Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, a multi-day traditional Mexican holiday celebrated at the end of October and beginning of November in which people remember and celebrate their loved ones who have passed away.
