Brittany Labinger will be the new Library Director of the Elgin Public Library. She is relocating to central Texas from Oberlin, Ohio. Labinger holds a Masters of Library and Information Science from University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and Certificates in Youth Services and Special Collections. “We look forward to adding Brittany to our team and believe that she will bring experience and creativity to help grow library programs and collections to meet the evolving needs of our dynamic community,” said Amy Miller, Community Services Director.
