The Queen of the Netherlands, Queen Maxima, and the Netherlands Minister of Health, Ernst Kuipers, and Minister of Tourism and Public Health, Dangui Oduber, visited the Kerr Center in Bastrop on Thursday afternoon, September 8, 2022.  King William-Alexander, who is recovering from pneumonia, was unable to make the Central Texas visit.  The visit was arranged by the Hogg Foundation from the University of Texas, whose goal is to strengthen community engagement for the prevention and treatment of mental health problems in children and youth.   Krystal Grimes, the Inclusion and Resilience Director for Bastrop County Cares, worked diligently with the Hogg Foundation,
