Last Thursday was downtown Elgin's monthly Sip, Shop & Stroll, where vendors set up shop and local businesses stay open late and offer refreshments throughout the evening. Downtown Elgin will stay open late once again this Thursday for the Hogeye Stroll to kick off the Hogeye Festival weekend.
