Smithville’s best cooks, grillers and brewers showed off their best chili, chicken wing and home-brew beer recipes at Smithville’s third annual Wingfest & Chili Cook-A-Roo. Each competitor had a booth set up downtown on Main Street, offering samples to Wingfest attendees, and the winners were announced that afternoon. The festival also featured a cornhole tournament and live music by Briana Adams and Bucksnort Boogie Boys, and the evening concluded with a street dance with music from the Nathan Colt Young Band. Photos by Julianne Hodges ...
