When Billy Martinez learned that Communities In Schools was looking for holiday gifts for CIS students at Booker T. Washington Elementary school, he volunteered to give a toy to each of the 74 students on the CIS caseload.Billy is battling colorectal cancer stage IV and says that helping others helps him feel alive.
