Imagine an evening with friends, family and neighbors, sharing thoughtfully-made local food and drinks, at a community table in the heart of Historic Downtown Bastrop, underneath a Texas sky. Table on Main is back for its third year, and our favorite Downtown restaurants and purveyors are partnering with the Bastrop 1832 Farmers Market to create a multi-course menu which showcases the best of our local talent and ingredients. Open every Saturday at 1302 Chestnut Street, the Farmers Market is the perfect year-round source for locally grown produce and locally sourced ingredients
Participating restaurants, wineries and purveyors include: Neighbor's Kitchen & Yard, Maxine's Cafe & Bakery, Tough Cookie Bakery, Ma'coco, Gracie's (The Grace Miller), The 602 on Main, The Pit Stop, Bastrop Beer Company, Copper Shot Distillery, Paw Paw's Catfish House, Piney Creek Chophouse and Cripple Creek Wine and Gifts. Platinum level community sponsors for this year’s event include: Visit Bastrop, HEB, Brown Distributing, the Bastrop Economic Development Corporation and Hahn Winery.
“This is an amazing once a year opportunity to comes together as a community and break bread. The participating businesses put their heart into building and serving a true farm to table menu that highlights our central Texas farm.” said Rebecca Gleason, City of Bastrop Main Street Manager.
