Registration for Elgin Police Department’s Blue Santa program began on October 28 this year. The deadline to apply to receive Blue Santa assistance is Friday, December 6 by 5 p.m. Blue Santa is a shared effort of the Elgin Police Department, while partnering with community businesses, citizens and organizations to provide holiday support for families in need.
