The Elgin Arts Association provided free art activities throughout Spring Break, March 14 through 18, to 41 students at various Elgin parks during their Spring Break Art Camp. Activities included painting flower pots, painting rocks and arranging a rock garden at Morris Memorial Park, using watercolor to paint nature, decorating gift bags and creating a chalk mural.
