On Saturday, the Bastrop County Animal Shelter celebrated their second annual Howl-O-Ween Bash at Back 9 Bar. The event included live music, games, a silent auction and more. The main feature of the Halloween party was a pet costume contest, in which 19 dogs, some of which were available for adoption from the shelter, showed off their sweet, silly and spooky costumes.
