On Tuesday, June 18, Elgin’s 50 th annual Western Days festival kicked off with the 2019 Tiny Tots and Miss Western Days Pageant. The pageant started off with the Miss Western Days contestants performing a short and lively dance, all wearing matching blue jean skirts and Western Days T-Shirts. This was followed by introductions and interviews of the youngest Tiny Tots contestants of the night. Then, the Miss Western Days contestants came back out in their western wear outfits to introduce themselves.
