The Elgin Arts Association holds annual events to showcase artists in and around Elgin. The Pearls of Youth Art Show for young artists is held in the spring. The creativity and skills shown in the youth show have amazed and impressed the community every year.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s show will be hosting online in an online gallery hosting site called Exhibbit. Any young artists from Elgin, Coupland, McDade and the surrounding areas are invited to submit work to the show.

The Elgin, Coupland and McDade school districts are assisting us in collecting artwork from their students, but we also accept work from home school students and all other young artists in our area.

The deadline for submission is April 27, and the show will remain up on Exhibbit for three months. Additional information can be found in the application, which can be downloaded below. To submit work to the show, complete the application form found at www.elginartsassociation. com/pearls-of-youth. html.
